Kenop Intelligence (“Kenop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by e-Shakti Binary Currents Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Kenop Tally Connect and related services.
Tally data. When you install the Kenop Tally Connector, it reads ledger balances, outstanding amounts, and voucher records from your TallyPrime installation and syncs them to your secure Kenop account. This data is used solely to answer your queries and is never shared with third parties.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, GSTIN, and mobile number.
Usage data. We log queries made via WhatsApp and the web dashboard to improve our service and for billing purposes.
Device information. The Kenop Tally Connector collects the machine name and operating system version of the computer where it is installed, to identify your connector in our system.
We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Kenop service; respond to your queries about your Tally data; send you activation codes, alerts, and service updates via WhatsApp; process payments via Razorpay; and improve our products.
We do not sell your personal data or your Tally data to any third party. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your account and authorised Kenop personnel for support purposes.
Tally data synced to Kenop is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days on written request.
Kenop uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to deliver responses. Messages you send to Kenop on WhatsApp are processed by our servers to generate responses. We do not store WhatsApp message content beyond 90 days.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), Meta WhatsApp Business API (message delivery), Vercel (web hosting), and multiple AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity, Grok) for query processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You may also request a copy of your Tally data stored with us at any time.
Kenop is a business service and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
